Job Responsibilities:
Axonics is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with strong direct-to-consumer marketing knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing patient facing campaigns and programs that drive increased patient awareness of the Axonics Therapy. The ideal candidate will have prior experience building, managing and executing customer focused marketing plans in the healthcare space.

- Manage the creation, execution, and scaling patient-focused marketing programs to drive therapy awareness and education
- Manage patient-facing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, and support the digital aspects of Health Care Professional (HCP) marketing programs
- Develop comprehensive digital plans for awareness and lead generation campaigns (SEO & SEM, digital advertising, email, social media, landing pages, etc.) with measurable objectives
- Develop detailed content journeys and trigger points for campaigns that align to the overall customer journey map, delivering information to our customers through each stage
- Collaborate across a variety of stakeholders including external agencies, internal partners and leadership to achieve business goals
- Apply analytics to campaign measurements and metrics development to ensure positive return on investment and achievement of objectives
- Partner with sales operations team to show value of campaigns and provide a regular cadence of performance reports
- Collaborate with the Sales and Field Marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of digital tools in the field

Position Qualifications
- Proven track record of developing direct to consumer marketing programs
- Experience managing digital vendor partners
- Experience working across functional teams
- Good analytical skills
- Has excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- 10%-20% travel required
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology (or equivalent degree required)
Minimum Experience:
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- 5+ years in Direct to Consumer Programs or Consumer Marketing
- Strong experience in digital advertising
- Able to leverage data to create meaningful insights
- Experience developing and implementing programs to grow business/market share
